To be a user of the Free Trade Zone you must fulfill the following procedures:

The Concessionaire of the FTZ.

Will provide with two forms:

• User Request of Consent (URC) for individuals directly, individuals indirectly, legal entity directly, o legal entity indirectly
• Letter of Intention Request of Operating Competence (CISAO) .

The first of them is done with personal or societal information, it depends if it is a society or an individual enterprise, to this, a series of documents must be added (these are clearly expressed in it).

The second is done with information related to the activities to be developed in the free trade zone.

The contract is done with the information from the forms. Three versions will be signed to be presented to the Controller Committee FTZLP for their approval.

How to sign the contract?

• You initialize all the contract pages and you sign the last one completely.
• Scribbler certifies the signature in the last page and it is legalized in the Association.
• All this is to be done in all three versions.
• The URC and the LIROC are sent legalized. The signatory must be the same person who signs the contract.
